"I was looking for a personal and professional change, to have a more healthy and balanced life. I discovered Ashtanga Yoga and I felt for it. It's a phisical, dynamic and challenging yoga, what called me immediately, but what I liked the most was that it's a kind of movement meditation, where the main focus is on your breath. I like how you have to be present, how do you learn to listen, to respect and to take care of yourself, as well as how you see your own physical, mental and emotional changes. As a teacher i love to pass it on as I was tought, with caring and respect"
